  Radiologists:
Dr Ken Simmons
MBBS, FRANZCR, DDU

Dr Ken Simmons graduated with honours from Sydney University in 1974. He was a Resident for two years at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, and a Registrar at Flinders Medical Centre where he trained in radiology and obtained his FRACR in 1979. Dr Simmons joined Westmead Hospital as a Staff Specialist in 1980, entered private practice in 1987 and obtained his DDU in 1986. He has interests in interventional radiology, musculoskeletal imaging, general radiology, angiography and peripheral angioplasty.

Dr Greg Markson
MBBS FRANZCR

Trained in radiology at Concord and Westmead Hospitals. In 1996 was awarded the H.R. Sears prize for being the most outstanding candidate in the RACR fellowship examinations. Subsequently undertook a fellowship in MRI at Westmead Hospital, and was a staff specialist at Westmead Hospital. Areas of interest are MRI (particularly neuroradiology and body imaging), head and neck imaging and high resolution CT of the lungs.

Dr Mark Waterland
MBBS (Hons), FRANZCR

Dr Mark Waterland studied medicine at Sydney University. His initial medical training was at Royal North Shore Hospital. He studied radiology at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. Following this, he completed a one year Neurology and Interventional Fellowship at RPA. He jointed Ultrascan Radiology in 1993. His interests are paediatric radiology, gastroradiology and interventional radiology
Dr Michael Reeves
MBBS, MRCP, FRCR, FRANZCR

Dr Michael Reeves is a graduate of Guy’s Hospital, London. He was a registrar in general medicine prior to becoming a radiologist. His radiology training was carried out at Guy’s Hospital. He was staff specialist in Brighton, UK. Dr Reeves immigrated to Australia in 1987 to take up a position as radiologist within the Castlereagh Imaging group. He is a general radiologist with interests in thoracic medicine, oncology, ultrasound and MRI. He is Managing Radiologist at Windsor rooms.
Dr Andrew Robinson
MBBS (Hons), FRANZCR

Dr Andrew Robinson undertook his undergraduate medical training at the University of Sydney. Andrew then completed training in Radiology at Westmead Hospital, gaining his Fellowship in 1996. Andrew has worked in private practice since 1996, including both clinical and management roles. Andrew’s particular areas of clinical interest include applications of multislice CT and interventional procedures.
Dr Stephen Cahill
MBBS (Hons), FRANZCR

Dr Stephen Cahill is a graduate of the University of Sydney. After undertaking basic training in surgery, he subsequently trained in Radiology at Westmead Hospital, where he was later appointed to the position of Director of Radiology, a post he held for 5 years. Since completing his training he has developed subspecialty expertise in breast imaging, oncology and trauma, and also has interests in musculoskeletal and thoracic imaging. Dr Cahill has been extensively involved in teaching at all levels, has given invited presentations at meetings in Australia and overseas, currently serves as an examiner for the College of Radiologists, and is the Senior Radiologist with BreastScreen Greater Western Sydney. He has been one of the Managing Radiologists at Penrith Imaging Since 1999.
Dr Anthony Leung
MBBS (Hons), FRCR


Dr Anthony Leung graduated from the University of New South Wales and carried out his radiology training at the Royal Postgraduate Medical School, Hammersmith Hospital, London, United Kingdom. He went on to do a Research Fellowship in MRI at the same institution, and a consultant appointment in MRI at Mount Vernon Hospital, Northwood, London. Dr Leung joined Castlereagh Imaging in 1991 and has a particular interest in body imaging, ultrasound, CT and MRI.
